**Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for both preventative and reactive maintenance on all production machinery. This role involves mechanical and electrical repairs on various equipment such as sauce applicators, topping applicators, packaging machinery, presses, box erectors, compressors, pumps, motors, mixers, and ovens. The technician will work with voltages up to 480V and must be adept at reading and interpreting blueprints and schematics. MIG and TIG welding may be required during the second shift.
