Job Title: Maintenance Field Technician (Starting at $25+/hour!!)

Job Description

The Maintenance Field Technician is responsible for performing a wide variety of repairs, maintenance tasks, and property upkeep across residential and commercial properties. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, hands-on experience in multiple trades, and the ability to work independently while delivering exceptional customer service. The Maintenance Field Technician will handle routine service, unit turnovers, and emergency repairs to ensure properties remain safe, functional, and well-maintained.

ResponsibilitiesPerform repairs and routine maintenance on plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance systems.Complete assigned work orders efficiently and document all work performed.Inspect properties, units, and common areas to identify maintenance issues.Prepare rental units for new residents, including cleaning, patching, painting, and fixture installation.Ensure all turnover work meets company standards and is completed on schedulesWork Environment

The work involves maintaining multi-family units and apartment complexes, with varied tasks across different sites. The technician should be prepared to work under different weather conditions and adapt to changing priorities.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $62400.00/yr.
