Join our team as a Maintenance Technician in a cutting-edge GMP facility, where you will play a crucial role in maintaining all stainless steel biopharma equipment.
ResponsibilitiesRepair and maintain machinery and mechanical equipment.Collaborate with co-workers to determine root causes of failures and recommend and implement corrective actions.Maintain operation of cGMP utility equipment, including HVAC, Dust Collection, Coolers, Air Compressors, Lighting, Electrical, and Water/Plumbing systems.Order and requisition machine parts, equipment, and other supplies to maintain stock.Support the training of maintenance and operations employees.Write or modify Preventive Maintenance (PM) procedures.Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair problems promptly, and perform scheduled Preventive Maintenance.Demonstrate excellence in maintenance functions, understanding motors, valves, heat exchangers, instrumentation, pumps, agitators, alignments, seal replacement, chillers, boilers, and various tools.Essential SkillsElectrical troubleshootingMechanical maintenanceHydraulics and pneumaticsPLC troubleshooting3+ years of industrial maintenance experience2+ years of experience with motors, valves, pumps, agitators, chillers, boilers, and hydraulic press2+ years of preventive maintenance experienceAdditional Skills & QualificationsPLC ProgrammingExperience in a GMP environmentWhy Work Here?

Work Environment
You will initially train on the 1st shift before transitioning to the 3rd shift from 11 PM to 7 AM. The GMP environment requires adherence to safety protocols, including the use of hair nets and beard nets.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $65000.00/yr.
