**Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** Join our team as a Maintenance Technician in a cutting-edge GMP facility, where you will play a crucial role in maintaining all stainless steel biopharma equipment. **Responsibilities** + Repair and maintain machinery and mechanical equipment. + Collaborate with co-workers to determine root causes of failures and recommend and implement corrective actions. + Maintain operation of cGMP utility equipment, including HVAC, Dust Collection, Coolers, Air Compressors, Lighting, Electrical, and Water/Plumbing systems. + Order and requisition machine parts, equipment, and other supplies to maintain stock. + Support the training of maintenance and operations employees. + Write or modify Preventive Maintenance (PM) procedures. + Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair problems promptly, and perform scheduled Preventive Maintenance. + Demonstrate excellence in maintenance functions, understanding motors, valves, heat exchangers, instrumentation, pumps, agitators, alignments, seal replacement, chillers, boilers, and various tools. **Essential Skills** + Electrical troubleshooting + Mechanical maintenance + Hydraulics and pneumatics + PLC troubleshooting + 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience + 2+ years of experience with motors, valves, pumps, agitators, chillers, boilers, and hydraulic press + 2+ years of preventive maintenance experience **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + PLC Programming + Experience in a GMP environment **Why Work Here?** As a direct hire employee, you will enjoy a competitive pay range, beginning with three weeks of PTO and the ability to accrue up to 14-15 weeks.
