**Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician with expertise in mechanics, pneumatics, hydraulics, welding, and electrical systems. The role involves installation, maintenance, and repair of production or processing equipment, ensuring optimal functionality and safety. **Responsibilities** + Install, maintain, and repair production or processing equipment. + Fabricate, repair, or install machine guards. + Replace motors and tear down or replace pumps. + Maintain fluid levels and repair electro-mechanical equipment. + Perform advanced troubleshooting and collaborate with maintenance management. + Provide training to less experienced maintenance staff. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in mechanics, pneumatics, hydraulics, welding, and electrical systems. + Advanced troubleshooting abilities. + 3-5 years of related work experience. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in fabricating machine guards. + Ability to train junior maintenance staff. **Work Environment** The position operates on a Monday to Friday schedule from 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with abundant overtime opportunities available.
