**Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician responsible for performing daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance of all machinery. The role requires knowledge of operating a backhoe and skid loader, and involves repairing and replacing defective parts as needed. The technician will keep an inventory of all equipment and order supplies as necessary, monitor chemical levels, conduct daily titrate testing, and track and order chemicals. Additionally, the technician will monitor pond water and work closely with wash supervisors to ensure standard operating procedures are followed. The role may also require filling in with washouts and exterior washes and other duties as assigned. **Responsibilities** + Perform daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance of machinery. + Operate backhoe and skid loader. + Repair and replace defective parts. + Maintain inventory of equipment and order supplies. + Monitor chemical levels and conduct daily titrate testing. + Track chemical levels and order as necessary. + Monitor pond water levels. + Collaborate with wash supervisors to ensure SOP compliance. + Assist with washouts and exterior washes when needed. + Execute other duties as assigned. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in troubleshooting and maintenance. + Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems. + Experience with preventive maintenance and schematics. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + 1-3 years of industrial maintenance experience. + Experience with high-pressure hoses and repairs. + Capability to lead, develop, and train others. + Valid driver's license. + Ability to pass a background check. + CDL preferred but not required. + Boiler License (training provided if not certified). **Why Work Here** Join a family-owned and operated company that values each employee and provides a supportive work environment. **Work Environment** Work in industrial wash bays that can be humid and hot during the summer months. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract position based out of Sherburn, Minnesota. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $28.00/hr.
