**Maintenance Technician 35/hr** **Job Description** The Facilities Technician performs a variety of skilled maintenance, modification, and repair activities under the general supervision of an assigned Lead or Technician. Assigned areas may include material handling systems, conveyors, electrical systems, buildings, lighting, and plumbing in any of the distribution centers. The role requires adherence to lockout-tag out procedures, confined space procedures, and other safety and environmental procedures and policies as required. **Responsibilities** + Perform maintenance on material handling equipment, including conveyors, air compressors, box makers, shrink wrappers, and case sorters. + Conduct electrical troubleshooting ranging from 24v to 480v, using a multi-meter and following prints. + Troubleshoot circuits and perform basic maintenance activities such as plumbing, electrical work, and painting. + Follow lockout/tag out procedures to ensure safety during maintenance tasks. **Essential Skills** + Maintenance + Electrical up to 480v + Mechanical skills + Conveyor maintenance + AC/DC systems + Schematics and controls + Hydraulics + Pneumatics + Troubleshooting **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + 2 years of industrial maintenance experience + Experience with material handling systems + Familiarity with box makers or case sorters + Maintenance on air compressors + Technical schooling + HVAC experience + Welding skills **Why Work Here?** Enjoy benefits such as tuition reimbursement, a 401k plan with matching contributions, and comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage.
