This role requires a strong blend of **electrical and mechanical maintenance expertise** , with a focus on troubleshooting and repairing production equipment to ensure smooth and efficient operations. **📌 Key Responsibilities** + Troubleshoot and repair production equipment with minimal downtime + Perform electrical maintenance tasks, including work with 480v systems, AC/DC theory, and 3 Phase Motors + Conduct mechanical maintenance involving hydraulics, pneumatics, gear boxes, sprockets, pulleys, and belts + Read and interpret blueprints to execute maintenance procedures accurately + Collaborate with team members to support continuous production flow + Assist with troubleshooting and maintenance of PLC systems **✅ Essential Skills & Qualifications** + Minimum 2 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting + Minimum 2 years of electrical maintenance experience, including 480v systems + Minimum 2 years of mechanical maintenance experience with relevant components + Proficient in blueprint reading and interpretation + Experience with PLC troubleshooting and maintenance **💡 Additional Skills** + Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities + Ability to work independently and within a team + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills + High attention to detail and commitment to safety **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
