Job Title: Maintenance Technician - 2nd Shift

Job DescriptionThe Maintenance Technician will focus primarily on troubleshooting electrical sensors, wires, pick and place systems, conveyors, and robotics such as Fanuc and KukaThe role involves working with pneumatic systems, hoses, and wiring within automated cells Responsibilities include performing preventative maintenance, assisting with capital equipment installations, and occasionally undertaking building and facilities maintenance tasksResponsibilitiesTroubleshoot electrical sensors, wires, and robotics systemsMaintain and repair pneumatic systems and wiring within automated cellsPerform preventative maintenance on equipmentAssist with the installation of capital equipmentUndertake building and facilities maintenance when necessaryEssential Skills3+ years of maintenance experience3+ years of experience in troubleshooting automated assembly equipment3+ years of experience with pneumatics and hydraulicsProficiency in electrical troubleshooting, including drop wireAdditional Skills & QualificationsMechanical aptitude.Experience with Pick n Place, Robotics, HMI, Automated Lathes, Conveyors, and Paint systems.Familiarity with 24 VDC to 3-phase 480 electrical systems.Journeyman Card is a plus.Willingness to learn and be trained.Why Work Here?Enjoy a supportive work environment with a 401K match, comprehensive benefits, and profit sharingThe facility is clean and well-maintained, ensuring a pleasant work atmosphereJob Type & Location

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $55000.00 - $70720.00/yr.
