Job Description
As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing facilities and equipment, ensuring they operate efficiently and safely.
ResponsibilitiesMonitor preventative maintenance programs to proactively care for facilities and equipment.Complete all preventative maintenance tasks promptly.Troubleshoot and perform comprehensive repairs on thermal spray equipment using fundamental mechanical, electrical, and related skills.Troubleshoot and repair vacuum furnaces, including leak testing, pump and motor repairs, heating elements, and thermocouple replacements.Resolve various electrical-mechanical issues.Evaluate maintenance requests to understand problems and determine optimal resolutions.Maintain the operating condition of buildings and equipment.Operate common hand or power tools.Observe all safety rules in production areas, including wearing proper personal protective equipment (PPE) and following lock-out/tag-out and tie-off procedures.Assist in other areas as directed.Use a digital maintenance management system to track work and log information related to completed tasks.Maintain documentation and reports related to environmental and regulatory requirements.Essential SkillsExperience in maintenance repair, including hydraulics and pneumatics.Ability to read and interpret blueprints.Understanding of aerospace industry standards.Working knowledge and operation of Fanuc robots is advantageous.Experience with troubleshooting high voltage 480 VAC and control circuits.Additional Skills & QualificationsStrongly prefer candidates with working knowledge of thermal spray technology.Familiarity with general industrial technologies, including electronics, robotics, and mechanical systems.Preference for familiarity with digital maintenance management systems.Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $33.00/hr.
