We are seeking a skilled Technician to join our team and ensure optimal performance of plant equipment through troubleshooting and preventive maintenance. This role involves electro-mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic maintenance, with a focus on conveyor systems, plant support equipment, case packers, box makers, stretch wrappers, and palletizers.
ResponsibilitiesTroubleshoot and perform preventive maintenance on all plant equipment.Conduct electro-mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic maintenance.Handle general machinery maintenance including conveyor systems, plant support equipment, case packers, box makers, stretch wrappers, and palletizers.Assist with mold changes and daily preventive maintenance tasks.Essential SkillsAbility to interpret blueprints and schematics.Proficiency in electro-mechanical maintenance and 480V troubleshooting.1-3 years of industrial maintenance experience.Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems.Knowledge of ladder logic and PLC systems.Additional Skills & QualificationsAbility to connect to and troubleshoot PLCs using a laptop.Associate's Degree in Maintenance.Possess a can-do attitude and willingness to learn.Consideration given to candidates with electrical experience even without PLC knowledge.Pay and Benefits
