Job Description
We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role involves troubleshooting and repairing mechanical and electrical issues with various equipment, including roll converters, industrial sewing machines, assembly lines, hydraulics, and pneumatics. The position offers both 1st shift (Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, with every third weekend scheduled) and 3rd shift openings (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, 4 days on and 4 days off schedule).
ResponsibilitiesMaintain and repair manufacturing equipment.Operate a variety of hand and power tools to complete tasks as assigned.Troubleshoot and repair machinery.Maintain facility and associated equipment.Work with maintenance vendors.Keep work area in a clean and orderly condition.Complete and submit company purchase requisitions.Install equipment and electrical components and test to ensure proper functioning.Ensure all machinery follows federal, state, and company safety standards.Essential Skills3-5 years industrial plant maintenance or electrical experience.Ability to read and interpret instructions and operations manuals.Experience with Industrial Controls.Mechanically inclined and able to perform physical labor, lifting, and operating machinery.Ability to read blueprints and experienced with fabrication.Excellent safety and attendance record.Ability to work overtime when required.Self-motivated and able to multi-task.High attention to detail and organization.Initiative and ability to work both in a team and individually.Additional Skills & QualificationsPreventive maintenance experience.Strong electrical skills are preferred.Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical troubleshooting.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
The work environment is a manufacturing setting with extrusion processes. The role includes both 1st shift and 3rd shift schedules, with opportunities for overtime. We prioritize safety and ensure all safety standards are met.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $58240.00 - $72800.00/yr.
