**Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** + We are seeking skilled Maintenance Technicians for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts in a highly automated facility + The available shifts include **1st Shift** from 6:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., **2nd Shift** from 2:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m., and **3rd Shift** from 10:30 p.m. to 6:30 a.m. + Compensation is competitive and includes a shift premium for 2nd and 3rd shifts **Job Responsibilities** + Engage in production equipment maintenance to ensure continuous production + Troubleshoot, execute regular preventive maintenance plans, and modify equipment + Provide technical assistance to operators and other departments regarding automated systems + Perform routine maintenance checks and troubleshoot malfunctions on automated machinery + Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on production equipment, including mechanical and electrical components + Diagnose and fix mechanical and electrical malfunctions on production equipment + Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, completed repairs, and equipment issues + Install new automated systems and equipment, including wiring and configuring controllers + Analyze system performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimize efficiency + Adhere to safety protocols and ensure proper operation of production equipment + Conduct daily checks of production equipment during up and downtime **Essential Skills** + Minimum of 3 years of machine repair experience on industrial equipment + Strong experience repairing pneumatic systems + Understanding of electrical systems, mechanical principles, pneumatic and computer control systems + Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues within automated systems **Why Work Here?** + Enjoy fully company-paid medical benefits, 17 paid holidays in 2025, and 3 weeks of vacation + Take advantage of our on-site cafeteria and tuition and schooling paid programs **Job Type & Location** This is a Permanent position based out of Holland, Michigan. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $77792.00/yr. The company offers 100% company paid health insurance premiums for full-time employees and their eligible dependents. This means that no funds are deducted from an employees’ paycheck for medical, dental, and vision benefits. Benefits start the first of the month from when you start.
