**Job Title: Maintenance Technician**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to work in an industrial environment. The role involves working off preventive maintenance schedules as well as performing reactive maintenance when machinery breaks down.
**Work Environment**
**Shift:** 1st Shift (7 AM to 3 PM or 10 AM to 6 PM)
**Pay:** $25-$29/hr
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform preventive maintenance according to schedules.
+ Conduct reactive maintenance for machinery breakdowns.
+ Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
+ Work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
+ Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
+ Provide your own hand tools necessary for performing job responsibilities.
+ Utilize a computer for tracking and reporting maintenance activities.
+ Multi-task in a dynamic work environment.
+ Work overtime as required.
**Essential Skills**
+ At least 2 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting.
+ Proficiency in electrical systems and troubleshooting.
+ Knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Bilingual communication skills are a plus.

**Work Environment**
The work schedule is Monday to Friday, with shifts from 7 AM to 3 PM or 10 AM to 6 PM. The role is set in a manufacturing environment where you may be required to work overtime. The dress code is casual, and you are expected to provide your own hand tools.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Orlando, Florida.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $29.00/hr.
