**Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** This is an Industrial Maintenance position responsible for repairing equipment in the facility. The role involves working on water jets, CNC routers, and other CNC machines, primarily focusing on pneumatic components, with some hydraulic systems. The equipment operates on 240V, and common issues include broken air lines. Experience with Allen Bradley PLCs is advantageous, and the role includes replacing sensors. **Responsibilities** + Perform repairs on all equipment within the facility. + Focus on pneumatic component repairs, with some hydraulic systems. + Work on equipment using 240V and address common issues like broken air lines. + Replace sensors and troubleshoot Allen Bradley PLCs. + Conduct reactive maintenance and assist in implementing a Preventive Maintenance (PM) program. + Handle light maintenance work and HVAC issues within the building. **Essential Skills** + 3+ years of experience in electrical troubleshooting involving sensors and drives. + 3+ years of experience in troubleshooting pneumatics. + Ability to troubleshoot pumps. + Ability to read blueprints and schematics. + Proficiency in changing out motors and drives. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + PLC experience, including reading logic. + Previous CNC maintenance experience. + Experience in PM program implementation. **Why Work Here?** Join a company with great name recognition and a commitment to investing in their facility and bringing in new equipment. The position is within a manufacturing environment that is very clean but can get hot due to the lack of climate control. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $48240.00 - $62400.00/yr.
