Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team as an industrial multi-craft technician for a tier 1 automotive supplier. This role requires industrial experience in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic maintenance, particularly on CNC machinery. The position involves primarily reactionary maintenance tasks, with a focus on troubleshooting and repairing equipment, including CNC machines, hydraulic presses, and projection welding systems.

ResponsibilitiesPerform preventative maintenance and corrective maintenance on machinery and equipment.Troubleshoot and repair CNC machines, including rebuilding machinery and repairing gearboxes.Replace motors, hydraulic and pneumatic hoses as needed.Conduct electrical troubleshooting on 480v, 3 phase motors, sensors, VFDs, and control panels.

Essential SkillsExperience in industrial maintenance (mechanical and electrical).Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.480v, 3-phase electrical troubleshooting skills.Proficiency in PLC troubleshooting using computers.
Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $31.00/hr.
