**Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Technician** **Location: Longmont, Colorado** **Job Type: Permanent** **Shifts Available** + **1st Shift: (7:00AM– 3:30 PM, Monday to Friday)** + **3rd Shift (11:00 PM – 7:30 AM, Monday to Friday)** **Training: Initial training will be conducted on the first shift for a few months.** **Position Overview** We are seeking a skilled and experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team at a chemical manufacturing facility. This role involves the maintenance, repair, and assembly of industrial equipment in accordance with technical documentation and engineering guidance. The technician will collaborate closely with manufacturing, process, and facilities engineering teams to ensure optimal equipment performance and reliability. **Key Responsibilities** + Dismantle, adjust, repair, and assemble equipment based on layout plans, blueprints, manuals, and schematics. + Conduct troubleshooting and analysis using test and diagnostic equipment. + Implement equipment modifications as directed by engineering teams. + Support installation and repair of building systems including plumbing, wiring, HVAC, and manufacturing processes. **Required Qualifications** + Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance, with a strong emphasis on electrical systems. + 3–5 years of hands-on experience working with 240V and 480V electrical systems. + Familiarity with chemical manufacturing environments. + Proficiency in PLCs, electrical and production maintenance, and industrial mechanical systems. + Solid understanding of pneumatics, three-phase wiring, and preventive maintenance procedures. **Preferred Qualifications** + Associate degree in Maintenance Electrician or equivalent certification. + Demonstrated ability to repair and troubleshoot AC and three-phase circuits. + Experience interpreting and working from verbal instructions, blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematics. + Capability to lead and instruct electricians, helpers, mechanics, and apprentices. + Proven track record in diagnosing and resolving issues in electro-mechanical equipment used in manufacturing and facilities. + Knowledge of preventive maintenance for motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and production machinery. **Why Join Us?** This is a prime opportunity to advance your career in a stable and growth-oriented environment.
