**Job Title: Maintenance Technician**
**Job Description**
We have an exciting industrial maintenance opening with ample opportunities for growth. Whether you have schooling and/or 1-3 years of industrial maintenance experience or over 5 years in the field, this role could be perfect for you. You'll need to be familiar with AC and DC electrical controls and have knowledge of PLCs. Your responsibilities will include working with AC and DC motors and drive controls, troubleshooting, and handling photoelectric and proximity sensing devices. You must be able to read meters and interpret electrical schematics.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform troubleshooting and preventative/predictive maintenance.
+ Read and interpret electrical schematics and meters.
+ Work with hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, drives, and pumps.
+ Conduct maintenance repairs using schematics and multimeters.
+ Collaborate with the maintenance team on high-speed and printing machinery.
**Essential Skills**
+ Electrical knowledge for 480V, 3 phase.
+ PLC knowledge for checking inputs and outputs.
+ Familiarity with Allen-Bradley systems.
+ Experience in troubleshooting and maintenance repair.
+ Ability to read and interpret schematics.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ High school diploma or GED required; technical school preferred.
+ 3+ years experience in industrial maintenance and electrical work preferred.
+ Multi-craft electrical/mechanical skills.

**Work Environment**
The work environment includes exposure to paper dust and petroleum-based materials. You will work on high-speed and printing machinery alongside other maintenance team members. Uniforms are provided once permanent, but candidates must bring their own tools and steel-toed boots. The position is for the night shift, 6 PM to 6:30 AM, every Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and every other Saturday. Initial training will occur on the first shift from 8 AM to 4:30 PM until fully acclimated.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $30.00/hr.
