Maintenance Technician
**Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** We are seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to oversee the operation and maintenance of various CNC equipment, welders, cranes, mills, paint/wash equipment, and hydraulic/pneumatic systems. The ideal candidate will perform mechanical and preventive maintenance tasks, including oiling, greasing, and handling fuses and relays. They will also be responsible for machine repair and installation, working with HVAC systems, building maintenance, water softeners, and lighting. **Responsibilities** + Operate and maintain CNC saws, welders, cranes, mills, and paint/wash equipment. + Perform mechanical maintenance tasks such as oiling and greasing machinery. + Handle electrical components including fuses, relays, and single-phase work. + Conduct maintenance and repairs on HVAC, building systems, water softeners, and lighting. + Diagnose and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems. + Perform machine repair and installation **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in commercial maintenance is a plus. + An associate's degree or any formal education is advantageous. + Ability to lift 70+ pounds. **Why Work Here?** Join a clean, organized, and friendly environment that feels like family. The position is for the 1st shift, from 8 am to 5 pm. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr.
