**Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** The Maintenance Technician role is crucial for the smooth operation of the plant, providing essential Electrical and Mechanical support to minimize equipment downtime. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and maintaining various equipment and systems while ensuring safe operations. The role requires physical stamina as it involves lifting up to 70 lbs and working in diverse positions and weather conditions. **Shift and Pay** Various Shifts Available Pay: $28-$32/hr plus shift differential **Responsibilities** + Perform preventative maintenance on equipment such as Hydraulic Presses, Conveyors, and Mixing machines. + Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical issues to minimize downtime. + Support Robotic Control Systems. + Troubleshoot electrical systems using appropriate PPE and safe practices, including knowledge of PLCs, Digital Multimeters, and other testing equipment. + Assist in the implementation of capital projects. + Participate in equipment improvements to enhance productivity. + Complete necessary documentation including PM forms, Time logs, SAP work orders, and Inventory systems. + Safely perform all assigned tasks in compliance with company procedures and safety policies. + Continuously update personal skills to stay abreast of technological advancements. **Essential Skills** + 3+ years of Industrial Maintenance Experience. + Proficiency in Electrical Maintenance and Troubleshooting, including 480 v and PLC. + Skills in Hydraulics and Pneumatics troubleshooting and repair. + Safety awareness and practice. + Welding skills (MIG, Stick). + Computer skills including MS Office and PLC. + Physical ability to lift up to 70 lbs and perform various physical tasks. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in an industrial environment. + Ability to work independently and self-motivate. + Strong problem-solving skills. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $61609.00 - $66560.00/yr.
