**Description** **Tradesmen International** is immediately hiring skilled **Maintenance Technician** for projects located in **Columbus, IN** . This is a first shift opportunity with a pay range **of $24-28/hour** based on experience and skill level. If you are a Maintenance Technician eager to grow and learn in the trades alongside the best Craft Professionals in the industry, this is your chance to launch your career! **Job Scope:** + Perform general maintenance and repair tasks across two apartment buildings. + Prepare vacant units for new tenants. + Change light bulbs, install appliances, and patch holes. + Paint interior apartment walls and touch up surfaces as needed. + Conduct basic landscaping duties. + Respond to service calls and perform on-call duties as needed. **Requirements:** + Must have a reliable personal vehicle. + Must be available for after-hours emergency calls (2-hour minimum paid for after-hours calls). + Schedule: 3 days/week in Bloomington, 2 days/week in Columbus.
