Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in troubleshooting issues and performing preventative maintenance tasks to ensure the continuous operation of the facility. ResponsibilitiesInspect and repair pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems on machines and throughout the facility.Collaborate with operations associates to identify and prioritize maintenance needs.Maintain operations equipment to achieve optimal performance levels and meet customer demands.Perform predictive precision maintenance to identify and correct mechanical/electrical defects before machine failure.Troubleshoot and wire 3 phase and single phase motors and run conduit and pull wire throughout the facility.Run wire to and change speeds on variable frequency drives (VFDs).Stick weld and fabricate/repair various machines, parts, and components.Maintain water cooling towers and booster pumps.Change and oil drive shafts, gears, bearings, etc.Change hydraulic hoses, pneumatic air cylinders, and valves.Essential Skills1+ year experience with predictive or preventative maintenance systems.1+ year industrial maintenance experience.Basic knowledge of hand/power tools.Electrical maintenance technician skills.Proficiency in pneumatics and mechanical troubleshooting.Additional Skills & Qualifications1+ years of PLC troubleshooting (ladder logic).1+ year electrical troubleshooting experience.2+ years of experience troubleshooting and repairing hydraulic systems.Associates degree or higher in an electrical/mechanical or electro-mechanical field.2+ years in industrial maintenance.Experience using a multimeter.General computer skills (typing, Microsoft 365, etc.).Why Work Here?

Work Environment

You will work across various departments within the facility, including production areas, office spaces, and outdoor environments. The role involves working from crane platforms, which may require being up to 30 feet in the air, with safety equipment provided. Expect to stand or walk on concrete floors for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs. The ability to work in fluctuating temperatures, both indoors and outdoors, is required. Shift schedules include 12-hour shifts, with options for day and night shifts.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Evansville, Indiana.

***STARTING PAY $27/HR. + BASED ON EXPERIENCE***Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $66560.00/yr.
