Our client, a leading provider in the hospitality and community management sector, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the maintenance department supporting the overall upkeep and enhancement of the community. The ideal candidate will have strong teamwork skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Maintenance Technician
**Location:** Coeur d'Alene, ID
**Pay Range:** $18.00 - $22.00 Hourly
**Shift:** Saturday to Wednesday from 5:00 am to 1:30 pm
**What's the Job?**
+ Maintain lawns, sidewalks, driveways, and other grounds features.
+ Perform various maintenance duties to ensure community standards are met.
+ Handle service requests for repairs and improvements of vacant lots.
+ Assist in preparing all vacancies to a market-ready condition.
+ Inspect and maintain pool and spa areas, ensuring safety and cleanliness.
**What's Needed?**
+ Ability to lift heavy equipment and perform physical tasks.
+ Familiarity with maintenance equipment such as lawn mowers and hedge trimmers.
+ Strong communication skills to report maintenance concerns effectively.
+ Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
+ CPO Certification is a plus.
