**Job Description** We are seeking a dependable and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team on the day shift. This position is responsible for performing preventative maintenance and repairs on a wide range of equipment and facilities. The ideal candidate will have broad hands-on experience in several trades and be comfortable responding to urgent fire and security calls as needed. **Responsibilities** + Perform preventative maintenance on machinery and building systems to minimize downtime. + Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues. + Conduct fabrication and light welding tasks as needed. + Perform light automotive and diesel maintenance. + Complete general carpentry and roofing repairs. + Read and interpret electrical wiring schematics for troubleshooting and installations. + Maintain grounds, including mowing and light landscaping tasks. + Respond to fire and security system alerts on a rotating on-call basis. + Maintain work area in a safe and orderly condition. + Keep accurate maintenance records and logs. + Complete other duties as assigned, such as ad hoc projects. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Reliable and available for occasional after-hours on-call responsibilities. **Why Work Here?** We offer a comprehensive benefits package including a 401k match, dental insurance, flexible spending account, health insurance, life insurance, paid time off, and vision insurance.
