**Job Title: Maintenance Technician - 1st Shift** **Job Description** We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Maintenance Technician who specializes in troubleshooting industrial components such as hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, gearboxes, and piping systems. This position is ideal for individuals with a strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. **Responsibilities** + Perform mechanical troubleshooting of industrial components including hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, gearboxes, and piping systems. + Conduct electrical troubleshooting tasks effectively and efficiently. + Execute welding and repair duties on various mechanical systems. + Analyze and interpret schematics and blueprints to ensure accurate maintenance and repair. + Troubleshoot large pumps and motors to ensure optimal performance. + Collaborate with another maintenance technician to maintain facility operations. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in mechanical troubleshooting and repair. + Strong knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems. + Experience with electric and piping systems. + Ability to interpret schematics and industrial blueprints. + 5+ years of experience as an industrial maintenance mechanic. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in welding and working with industrial components. + Ability to work independently in a lean maintenance environment. **Why Work Here?** This position offers the opportunity for long-term growth and development.
