**Job Title: Maintenance Technician**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to organize and facilitate the maintenance of production and facility equipment. This role involves electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical troubleshooting, as well as the installation, modification, and fabrication of equipment and systems to meet production needs and schedules. The successful candidate will conduct repairs and preventative maintenance on a variety of machinery and appliances, including conveyors, hydraulics, motors, pumps, and more.
**Responsibilities**
+ Organize and facilitate maintenance of production and facility equipment.
+ Perform electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical troubleshooting.
+ Troubleshoot programmable controllers, electronics, circuit analysis, mechanics, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
+ Use electrical test equipment for repair and troubleshooting.
+ Repair and rebuild electrical and mechanical components.
+ Install, modify, and fabricate equipment and systems to meet production schedules.
+ Conduct preventative and corrective maintenance.
+ Work on various facility machinery and appliances, from toilets to forklifts.
**Essential Skills**
+ 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
+ Experience with conveyors, hydraulics, motors, pumps, and starters.
+ Proficiency in electrical and mechanical repair and troubleshooting.
+ Must possess own tools.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Heavy PLC programming and troubleshooting experience.
+ Experience with VFD and PLC repair and diagnostics.
+ Automation, installation, mechanical repair, and preventative maintenance skills.
+ Knowledge of robotics, facilities maintenance, wiring, machine repair, industrial repair, and mechanical maintenance.

**Work Environment**
Work in a non-climate-controlled plant that processes and bends metal with coil coatings. The facility can get very hot in the summer due to machinery and weather conditions. The maintenance team consists of 10 people, working closely with other departments including production workers and forklift drivers. The shift is from 7am to 4pm, with flexibility required as hours may increase to include overtime. Steel toe footwear is mandatory, and all other personal protective equipment is provided. Dress code includes jeans, work shirts, and company uniforms upon direct hire. The facility is older, requiring strong problem-solving abilities to repair and maintain equipment.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Permanent position based out of Liberty, Texas.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $90000.00/yr.
