**Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** This role focuses on efficiently completing work orders, maintaining resident satisfaction, and ensuring our communities remain safe, well-kept, and fully functional. **Responsibilities** + Respond to residential work orders promptly and professionally. + Perform repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general building systems. + Troubleshoot common resident issues and document resolutions. + Complete preventative maintenance tasks and property inspections. + Repair walls, flooring, fixtures, doors, windows, and appliances. + Collaborate with property managers to prioritize service requests. + Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety and quality standards. + Maintain clean, organized workspaces and inventory. + Participate in on-call rotation and emergency maintenance requests. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in electrical, maintenance, and repair work. + Skilled in HVAC, mechanical systems, troubleshooting, plumbing, and carpentry. + Experience with drywall, drainage, air conditioning, appliance repair, and residential construction. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy flexible hours to accommodate childcare needs and a strong teamwork culture.
