**Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** An Industrial Tech Lead in the corrugated box industry oversees the implementation and management of technology to improve manufacturing processes, quality control, and overall operations. This role involves leading a team of engineers and technicians, collaborating with various departments, and staying current with industry trends and technologies. **Responsibilities** + Troubleshoot and repair mechanical systems on the corrugated box machines. + Conduct preventative maintenance such as lubrication and cosmetic repair on Saturdays. + Change relays, sensors, small PLCs, and work on electrical components. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems. + Experience working with pneumatic and hydraulic systems. + Knowledge of motor mechanics. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Ability to manage a team of 5 technicians. + Experience with running projects and inventory for the department. + Possession of basic tools. **Why Work Here?** Employees receive comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, which start 60 days after the hire date. The primary shift is from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, but flexibility is required to start as early as 6:00 AM and stay as late as needed. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hialeah, Florida. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $29.00/hr.
