Responsible for the safe troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of equipment and facilities.
ResponsibilitiesFollow all company safety policies and procedures.Adhere to job-specific work instructions related to assignments.Receive and interpret instructions, work orders, and blueprints for scheduled and emergency repairs, installations, and inspections.Operate production machinery efficiently.Test and inspect equipment for defects and malfunctioning, such as misalignment, wear, failure, insufficient lubrication, and the need for improvements.Essential SkillsProficiency in electrical troubleshooting and maintenance.Skilled in mechanical maintenance, including flanges, bearings, taper locks, and conveyor maintenance.Ability to perform preventive maintenance and repairs.Experience with conveyors, including installation and replacement of rollers, belts, and motors.Expertise in troubleshooting and diagnosing PLC systems, overhead cranes, heavy equipment, hydraulics, and conveyor systems.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with 60HP – 100HP motors, heavy equipment, and overhead cranes.Knowledge of multi-craft techniques, including 30% electrical and 70% mechanical skills.480V electrical troubleshooting and 110V AC systems knowledge.Installation and replacement skills for flange bearings and taper locks.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
This role is based in a hot and heavy industrial environment. The work schedule is rotational, with shifts alternating between day and night every two weeks, following a 5 on 5 off, 2 on 2 off pattern.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $32.00 - $42.00/hr.
