Job Title: Maintenance Technician –Production & Packaging Equipment

Job Summary

Responsibilities

Perform routine and preventative maintenance on manufacturing and packaging machineryTroubleshoot and repair mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical systemsRespond to equipment breakdowns and perform reactive maintenanceMaintain high-speed packaging equipment to ensure optimal performanceCollaborate with a team of 20 maintenance professionals in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

Millwright, Electrician, or other relevant certificationProven experience in industrial maintenance or manufacturingStrong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilitiesFamiliarity with automated packaging systems and warehouse operationsAbility to work independently and as part of a team

Work Environment

Night shifts: 7 PM – 7 AM, rotating schedule (5 on/4 off, 5 on/5 off, 4 on/5 off)Facility specializes in dairy product manufacturing and distributionClean, organized workspace with a strong sense of community
