Job Description
Join our dynamic team as a Maintenance Technician where you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our automated machinery, including conveyors, gantry systems, and robots integrated with CNC machines. This position offers a comprehensive training program focused on Flowforming technology.
ResponsibilitiesDiagnose and repair flowformers to ensure optimal performance.Troubleshoot and resolve Flowform process issues to maintain high part quality.Understand and program key characteristics of the Flowforming process.Develop and enhance controls knowledge through direct training with controls engineering.Assist the maintenance manager with administrative tasks such as inventory management, spares ordering, and preventive maintenance management.Perform machine repairs and preventive maintenance activities.Assist with production needs by prioritizing maintenance activities with shift leaders.Diagnose machine issues and develop effective repair strategies.Help diagnose, develop, and implement predictive maintenance plans.Mentor and support fellow maintenance technicians in their development.Perform other duties as assigned.Essential SkillsExperience with CNC maintenance, particularly with mills and lathes.Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and replace 480v electrical components such as motors, sensors, and switches.Mechanical maintenance skills, including the replacement of ball screws.Additional Skills & QualificationsStrong knowledge of automated machinery and control systems.Experience with administrative duties related to maintenance management.Why Work Here?

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $75000.00/yr.
