Maintenance Technician

Job Description

As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing various machines and systems within the plant. Your role will involve both electrical and mechanical duties, ensuring the efficient operation of equipment.

ResponsibilitiesMaintain a 60/40 balance of electrical and mechanical tasks.Follow a preventive maintenance schedule and complete assigned projects throughout the plant.Troubleshoot electrical issues up to 480v and 3 phase systems.Perform PLC troubleshooting on Siemens and Allen Bradley systems.Conduct mechanical troubleshooting on hydraulics, pneumatics, cylinders, conveyors, and pumps.Work on blending machines, stamping machines, wrapping machines, molding machines, and presses.Perform MIG welding and minor fabrication tasks.Qualifications High school diploma or GED.4-5 years of industrial maintenance experience.Troubleshooting electrical systems up to 480v and 3 phase.PLC troubleshooting skills.Ability to wire motors.Experience troubleshooting pumps, cylinders, bearings, conveyors, and presses.MIG welding and fabrication experience.Why Work Here?

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $66560.00 - $74880.00/yr.

This is a direct placement position. The company offers three medical plans. They provide dental and vision coverage.
