Working on industrial baking equipment.\nDoing the PM's and the breakdowns of mixers, ovens, chillers, conveyors, packaging equipment, baggers, servo motors, transfer systems, compressors etc\nUtilizing volt meters to detect electrical issues with equipment above \nRead HMI's and reset HMI's to detect issues \nRead VFD's and detect issues \nWill need to tear down machines and re-assemble as needed.\n3 Phase motor experience.\nDocumentation in the maintenance log.\n\nelectrical: working on HMIs, VFD's, and PLC's \nmechanical: sprockets, gears, shafts, bearings, \nautomation: sensors, photo eyes, \n\nWork on vertical baggers, ( Hayssen & Matrix ), Tanney & Langdon cartoners, ink jet printers, and packaging equipment.\nKnowledge of bulk flour systems. ( Transfer blowers, air-locks, divertor valves, sifters, etc ) .\nKnowledge of industrial ovens, proofers, conveyors, dryers, etc.\nFill out daily log reports, emergency breakdown reports, work orders, and communicate with incoming shifts.\nPerform preventative maintenance on equipment as scheduled.\nAbility to work on low voltage and 120-480vac equipment, starters, motors, vfd’s, sensors, controllers, photo-eyes, etc.\nInstall, debug and stabilize plant equipment as required.\nRead schematics and blueprints in order to interpret, diagnose, and troubleshoot electrical issues to properly and safely repair.\nPerform repairs and upgrades of the machinery and equipment to ensure proper operation.\nSupport installations, analysis and acceptance of new electro mechanical equipment.\nRepair and calibrate hydraulic and pneumatic assemblies metal detectors, and scales.\nTest the performance of electro-mechanical assemblies, using test instruments\nFabricate guards using measuring devices, cutting tools and welders. ( stick & tig )\nRead and interpret HMI panels to troubleshoot production line faults.\nInstall electronic parts and hardware, using soldering equipment and hand tools\nOperate, test, and maintain robotic equipment

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.93 - $36.00/hr.
