**Job Title: Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** We are a fast-paced, technically advanced, customer-focused operation creating high-quality, American-made products. We are seeking individuals who are eager to learn and contribute to our team as Multi-Craft Maintenance Technicians. 1ST, 2ND, AND 3RD SHIFT. **Responsibilities** + Assemble, install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring and mechanical equipment and fixtures in accordance with code compliance using hand and power tools. + Diagnose and repair malfunctioning systems, apparatus, and components using test equipment. + Inspect electrical systems to identify hazards and defects for adjustment and repair. + Test electrical systems and continuity of circuits in electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures using ohmmeters, voltmeters, and oscilloscopes to ensure compatibility and safety. + Troubleshoot for proper mechanical operation of equipment, ensuring safety systems, guarding, and handrails are in place. + Perform preventative maintenance on all pollution control devices and maintain them according to manufacturer specifications. + Prevent downtime for all equipment. + Communicate across various levels of the organization to achieve departmental goals. + Collaborate with the manufacturing team to ensure production conformity. + Perform other duties as assigned. **Essential Skills** + Maintenance technician skills in electrical and mechanical domains. + Preventive maintenance knowledge. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics. + Proficiency in HVAC and PLC troubleshooting. + Experience with 3-phase electrical systems. + Troubleshooting, mechanical, hydraulics, pneumatics, welding, electrical maintenance, and repair skills. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Industrial manufacturing knowledge of machines and tools, including their design, uses, and repair/maintenance. + Knowledge of materials, methods, and tools for equipment repairs. + Mechanical aptitude. + Willingness to learn and adapt. + High school diploma or GED. + Journeyman Certificate or equivalent preferred. + OSHA ARC Flash Training preferred. + Experience in heavy manufacturing preferred. **Why Work Here?** We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including Health Savings Account, dental, vision, and prescription drug coverage.
