Maintenance Technician
**Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic** **Job Description** As a Maintenance Mechanic, you will work on high-speed printing press machines, performing both preventative and reactive maintenance. Your role involves working with AC/DC controls, 3-phase motors, conveyors, belts, bearings, drive controls, and other components. You will use schematics for troubleshooting electrically and mechanically, employ a multi-meter for electrical diagnostics, and interface with Siemens PLCs to check inputs and outputs for issue resolution. **Responsibilities** + Perform preventative maintenance on high-speed printing press machines. + Conduct reactive maintenance on equipment and machinery within the plant. + Work with AC/DC controls, 3-phase motors, and conveyors. + Utilize a multi-meter for electrical diagnostics. + Employ schematics for troubleshooting electrically and mechanically. + Interface with Siemens PLCs to diagnose and troubleshoot issues. **Essential Skills** + Electrical troubleshooting and repair + Mechanical troubleshooting and repair + Preventative maintenance experience + Knowledge of PLCs (inputs/outputs) + Ability to use a multi-meter for diagnostics **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + High school diploma or GED + Experience with preventative maintenance + Ability to troubleshoot issues + Welding experience (preferred) + PLC experience (preferred) **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $32.00/hr.
