Maintenance Technician
**Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** The Maintenance Technician will perform electrical and mechanical maintenance on ovens, conveyors, and bakery equipment. This role is responsible for handling breakdowns and repairs to ensure smooth operations. **Responsibilities** + Conduct electrical and mechanical maintenance on ovens, conveyors, and bakery equipment. + Address breakdowns and perform necessary repairs. + Troubleshoot and resolve issues using PLC systems. + Read and interpret blueprints for maintenance tasks. + Utilize hydraulic and pneumatic systems in maintenance operations. **Essential Skills** + Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician. + At least 2 years of experience in mechanical and electrical maintenance. + 1 year of experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems. + Proficiency in PLC troubleshooting. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) is preferred. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints. + Possession of personal tools for maintenance tasks. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy being part of a collaborative team with opportunities to participate in corporate quarterly lunches, outings, and holiday parties, fostering a sense of community and belonging. **Work Environment** Work on the 3rd shift from Tuesday to Friday with an initial training period on the 1st shift for 4-6 weeks. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Racine, Wisconsin. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $32.00/hr.
