Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. You will be responsible for maintaining and repairing machinery, equipment, physical structures, and pipe and electrical systems. This role requires effective communication and collaboration with the maintenance team across shifts and production meetings to prioritize tasks.
ResponsibilitiesCommunicate between shifts within the maintenance team.Conduct daily walk-throughs to assess facility needs including compressors and HVAC systems.Collaborate with production teams to prioritize maintenance needs based on urgency.Install, maintain, and repair machinery and equipment.Address breakdown calls promptly, focusing on reactive and corrective maintenance.Log all maintenance tasks and paperwork accurately.Essential SkillsExperience in maintenance repair, mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.Proficiency in preventive maintenance and conveyor maintenance.PLC troubleshooting and understanding of PLC systems.Ability to read blueprints and schematics.Skills in electrical troubleshooting and maintenance.Knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics.Experience with three-phase motors and robotics.Additional Skills & QualificationsMulti-craft experience in mechanical and electrical fields is required.Experience with mechanical systems such as hydraulics, pneumatics, and pipe systems.Familiarity with electrical systems including three-phase motors, VFDs, and PLCs.An electrical license is preferred but not mandatory with sufficient industrial electrical experience.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
Work the 2nd shift from 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with opportunities for overtime. Our facility is clean, organized, and temperature-controlled, ensuring a comfortable working environment. You'll be part of a team known for its friendliness and leadership, with minimal turnover and a history of long-term employee satisfaction.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $34.25/hr.
