ResponsibilitiesInstall, assemble, and test new machines and equipment.Inspect machines for malfunctions and monitor changes in performance.Perform troubleshooting for production machinery and schedule routine maintenance.Understand and comply with workplace safety regulations.Communicate openly with supervisors and employees for smooth shift operation.Perform emergency repairs on mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic machinery.Identify and replace worn or damaged parts promptly.Use a variety of power and hand tools to perform job functions.Essential SkillsTroubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems (110-460 voltage).PLC troubleshooting and understanding of inputs/outputs.Proficiency in using a volt meter.3-5 years of previous industrial maintenance experience.Knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics.Additional Skills & QualificationsElectrical troubleshooting experience.Ability to weld and fabricate.Why Work Here

Work Environment
Work with a total of 18 production machines in a dynamic environment. The hours are from 7:00pm to 7:00am on a 2-2-3 rotation, with training on day shifts from 7:00am to 4:00pm, Monday to Friday.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr.
