Job Title: Maintenance Technician Job DescriptionThe primary focus of this role is troubleshooting electrical sensors, wires, pick and place systems, conveyors, and robotics, specifically Fanuc and Kuka The position involves working within automated cells, which include numerous pneumatic components, hoses, and wiringResponsibilities also include performing preventative maintenance, assisting with capital equipment installations, and occasionally conducting building and facilities maintenanceResponsibilitiesTroubleshoot and maintain electrical sensors, wiring, and robotics systemsPerform preventative maintenance on automated machineryAssist in the installation of capital equipmentConduct maintenance on building and facilities as neededHandle pick and place systems, robotics, HMIs, automated lathes, conveyors, and paint equipmentTroubleshoot electrical systems from 24 VDC to 3 phase 480Work with fully automated assembly linesEssential Skills3+ years of maintenance experience3+ years of automated assembly equipment troubleshooting3+ years of experience with pneumatics and hydraulicsElectrical troubleshooting skills, including drop wireWillingness to learn and be trainedPay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $55000.00 - $70720.00/yr.
