**Job Title: Maintenance Technician**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a skilled maintenance technician to perform maintenance on machinery including presses, robotics, injection, pneumatics, hydraulics, and more. The role involves working with 3-phase motors and electricity up to 220v, including some 24V sensors. You'll be responsible for PLC troubleshooting, including reading I/O's and handling Allen Bradley PLCs used on most equipment. Your duties will also include troubleshooting mechanical faults, changing motors, pumps, gears, and working with secondary equipment. The role requires welding as needed and encompasses both machine maintenance and facilities maintenance.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform maintenance on machinery including presses, robotics, injection, pneumatics, hydraulics.
+ Work with 3-phase motors and electricity up to 220v, and some 24V sensors.
+ Troubleshoot PLCs and read I/O's, primarily using Allen Bradley PLCs.
+ Troubleshoot mechanical faults and change motors, pumps, gears.
+ Work with secondary equipment and troubleshoot and repair robots.
+ Perform welding as needed.
+ Carry out both machine maintenance and facilities maintenance.
**Essential Skills**
+ At least 2-3 years of maintenance experience in an industrial setting.
+ Experience with hydraulics and pneumatics.
+ Experience with 3-phase, AC/DC motors, 24v sensors, and 480v.
+ Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting experience.
+ Basic computer skills for documenting work orders.
+ Own tools and toolbox.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ PLC troubleshooting.
+ Robotics experience, specifically with ABB.
+ Understanding of I/O and PLC ladder logic.
+ TIG welding skills.

**Work Environment**
This role is a 6-month contract with opportunities to become permanent, operating in a clean, well-lit environment. Shifts are available on 1st, 2nd, and 3rd, with occasional overtime on weekends. The company employs 132 people and specializes in making automotive interiors and carpeting for vehicles, primarily for Ford, but has recently secured deals with Honda and Stellantis.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fostoria, Ohio.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $29.00 - $35.00/hr.
