**Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Technician**
**Job Description**
As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and maintaining various mechanical and electrical systems such as resistance welders, conveyor lines, paint lines, powder coat lines, and shears. You will perform mechanical troubleshooting on components like gears, bearings, sprockets, and motors, as well as electrical troubleshooting up to 480V 3Phase. This role also includes programming and replacing VFDs and maintaining paint and powder coat lines with a focus on pneumatics and hydraulics.
**Responsibilities**
+ Troubleshoot and maintain resistance welders, conveyor lines, paint lines, powder coat lines, and shears.
+ Perform mechanical troubleshooting on gears, bearings, sprockets, motors, etc.
+ Conduct electrical troubleshooting up to 480V 3Phase, including running conduit and replacing VFDs.
+ Program VFDs as needed.
+ Maintain and troubleshoot paint and powder coat lines, focusing on pneumatics and hydraulics.
+ Work on pumps, valves, solenoids, and other similar components.
**Essential Skills**
+ Mechanical troubleshooting of gears, bearings, sprockets.
+ Electrical troubleshooting up to 480V 3Phase, including running conduit and replacing VFDs.
+ Hydraulic and pneumatic troubleshooting of valves, pumps, and solenoids.
**Work Environment**
Work in a metal grating manufacturing facility that has been operational for 20 years, offering a blend of fabrication and automation capabilities. **The third shift runs from 10 PM to 6 AM, Sunday through Thursday, with occasional Saturday work depending on project needs.** The dress code includes steel toes, tools, jeans, and a work shirt. The environment is deadline-driven yet prioritizes quality and safety.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $74880.00/yr.
