Maintenance Technician
**Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** This position requires a dedicated Maintenance Technician responsible for mechanical and electrical troubleshooting within a plastic injection facility. You will work on calendering and extrusion lines, handling typical repairs such as PLC troubleshooting, repairing ac/dc drives, motors, and hydraulic and pneumatic systems. While general building maintenance may occasionally be required, it is not part of the regular day-to-day responsibilities. Familiarity with Siemens PLCs, blueprint and schematic reading, as well as fabrication and welding work, are essential for success in this role. **Responsibilities** + Perform mechanical and electrical troubleshooting on calender and extrusion lines. + Conduct PLC troubleshooting, focusing on inputs and outputs. + Repair ac/dc drives and motors, including 3-phase up to 480V. + Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems. + Read and interpret blueprints and schematics. + Engage in fabrication and welding tasks as needed. **Essential Skills** + Five years of experience in mechanical troubleshooting, specifically with hydraulics and pneumatics. + Five years of experience in electrical troubleshooting involving 3-phase systems, ac/dc, and VFDs. + Proficiency in using own tools and understanding of LOTO procedures. + Ability to read prints and schematics. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $30.00/hr.
