Maintenance Technician
**Our client, a leader in facilities management, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their team.** As a Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the Engineering & Maintenance department supporting courthouse operations. The ideal candidate will have strong commercial plumbing and lighting skills, be self-motivated, and demonstrate professional conduct in a public-facing environment. **Job Title:** Maintenance Technician **Location:** Columbus, OH **Pay Range:** $31.99 / Hourly **What’s the Job?** + Perform basic commercial plumbing and lighting repairs. + Complete general maintenance tasks and preventive maintenance work orders. + Participate in daily team meetings and work independently throughout the day. + Maintain professional conduct while working in a functioning courthouse. + Document work using CMMS and follow safety and compliance protocols. **What’s Needed?** + At least 1 year of experience in commercial maintenance or facilities support. + Proficiency in commercial plumbing and lighting systems. + High school diploma or equivalent. + Basic computer skills; CMMS experience highly preferred. + Ability to pass a background check through the Franklin County Sheriff's Office. **What’s in it for Me?** + Monday–Friday schedule, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM. + Opportunity for contract extension or full-time conversion. + Work independently after training in a structured environment. + Uniform shirt provided; professional setting in downtown Columbus. + Gain experience in a high-security, public-facing facility.
