**Now hiring Maintenance Technician's in Chambersburg, PA** **Shift: 2nd shift 3pm-11pm | 3rd shift 11pm-7am** **Pay Rate: $27-$35/hour** **Job Description** As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for adhering to all safety and company policies and procedures, ensuring a clean and well-maintained workspace. You will conduct regular inspections and maintenance of equipment, including leveling and parallel rolls, to ensure optimal performance and quality product manufacturing. Your role will involve troubleshooting and repairing mechanical problems in plant machinery using precision maintenance techniques, and completing necessary paperwork accurately. **Responsibilities** + Follow all safety and company policies and procedures, maintaining good housekeeping and reporting any issues immediately. + Level and parallel rolls, making necessary settings and adjustments for optimum equipment performance. + Conduct regular equipment inspections to identify mechanical/electrical issues and perform repairs as needed. + Analyze, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical problems of plant machinery using precision maintenance techniques. + Perform maintenance functions and troubleshoot to correct inefficiencies and prevent equipment downtime. + Work within specifications and drawings, ensuring completion and minimizing waste within set deadlines. + Ensure maintenance and preventive maintenance of corrugating plant process equipment. **Essential Skills** + Working knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, including hardware and software configuration. + Ability to read schematics and troubleshoot pneumatic, hydraulic systems, PLCs, and motors. + Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. + Strong attention to detail and work ethic with an emphasis on safety. **Why Work Here?** Join a forward-thinking team with a family feel and culture of excellence.
