**Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of mechanical and electrical systems. Your role will involve 70% mechanical tasks and 30% electrical tasks, including troubleshooting gears, bearings, and sprockets, as well as motors, motor relays, starters, and sensors on robots or PLCs. You will also perform both reactionary and preventative maintenance. **Responsibilities** + Perform mechanical troubleshooting on gears, bearings, and sprockets. + Troubleshoot motors, motor relays, starters, and sensors on robots or PLCs. + Conduct reactionary and preventative maintenance tasks. **Essential Skills** + Industrial maintenance experience. + Strong mechanical aptitude. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience troubleshooting up to 480V 3-phase systems, VFDs, motors, and other electrical components. + Proficiency in troubleshooting PLCs. + Experience with repairing or troubleshooting Fanuc Robots, PLCs (the person 5, 500, 5000), conveyor systems, ovens, smaller hydraulic presses, and welding equipment. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy a family-like culture that prioritizes employee care. Experience stability with no shutdowns. **Work Environment** Work 12-hour shifts from 7 PM to 7 AM with a rotating schedule of 3 days on, 2 days off, followed by 2 days on, 3 days off. The workweek alternates between 36 and 48 hours, with every other weekend off. Join a team of 25 Maintenance Technicians in a facility that partners with the Mold Shop. The environment includes high temperatures up to 110 degrees in parts of the plant, but is extremely clean with minimal dirt. As a Tier 2 Automotive supplier, the facility is deadline-driven, requiring quick problem-solving skills to meet customer expectations. **Job Type & Location** This is a Permanent position based out of **AUBURN, Indiana.** **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $62400.00/yr.
