**Maintenance Technician $32-$35 an hour** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will possess 3-5 years of industrial maintenance experience and the ability to troubleshoot and perform preventative maintenance on a variety of equipment. **Responsibilities** + Perform preventative maintenance on CNC machines, conventional tool lathes, mills, grinders, and other equipment. + Conduct general facility maintenance such as changing light bulbs, painting, repairing walls, and light plumbing. + Install, troubleshoot, and repair up to 480-volt branch circuits including plugs, receptacles, and switches. + Troubleshoot electrical control wiring on machine tools like lathes, mills, grinders, and ovens. + Read and follow machine schematics accurately. + Work with electroplating equipment and welding when needed. + Act as a motivated self-starter, working independently and in team settings. + Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors. **Essential Skills** + 3-5 years industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment. + Ability to troubleshoot and perform maintenance on CNC machines, lathes, mills, grinders, etc. + Knowledge of electrical control wiring and facility maintenance tasks. + Must be able to train on 1st shift. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy excellent starting wages along with comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance. While some areas are climate-controlled, not all parts of the facility are. The environment is team-oriented with an emphasis on coachability and willingness to learn. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $45760.00 - $72800.00/yr.
