**Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** As a Maintenance Technician Lead in the corrugated box industry, you will oversee the implementation and management of technology to enhance manufacturing processes, quality control, and overall operations. Your role involves leading a team of engineers and technicians, collaborating with various departments, and staying current with industry trends and technologies. **Responsibilities** + Troubleshoot and repair mechanical systems on corrugated box machines. + Perform preventative maintenance such as lubrication and cosmetic repair on Saturdays. + Change relays, sensors, and small PLCs, and work on electrical components. + Lead and manage a team of five technicians. + Run projects and manage inventory for the department. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in maintenance technology, troubleshooting, and mechanical and electrical systems. + Experience with pneumatic and hydraulic systems, and motors. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Ability to work every Saturday morning to midday. + Possession of basic tools. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy full benefits that become effective 60 days after your hire date, including medical, dental, and vision coverage. However, flexibility is required to work as early as 6 AM and stay as late as needed. Be prepared to cover multiple shifts, including the second shift, to support other leads. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hialeah, Florida. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $29.00/hr.
