2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM Overtime available after shifts and during major weekend projectsAbout the RoleWe’re seeking a skilled and proactive Maintenance Technician to support our food manufacturing operations. In this hands-on role, you’ll install, maintain, and repair production machinery and facility equipment while ensuring compliance with safety, health, and GMP standards. Key ResponsibilitiesInstall, maintain, and troubleshoot production machines and facility equipmentSet up and repair packaging lines and machineryDiagnose mechanical and electrical issues, replace parts, and make necessary adjustmentsMonitor machine operations to ensure product quality and packaging standardsPerform emergency repairs and scheduled maintenanceConduct preventive maintenance on equipment and systemsApply mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic skills to resolve issuesRead and interpret manuals, schematics, and work ordersRegulate machine speed and flow for optimal performanceRequired Skills3+ years in food, packaging, printing, powder, pharma, or similar industriesStrong mechanical aptitude with experience in mixers, blenders, and PLCsProficient in hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, conveyors, fillers, and scaling systemsSkilled in reading blueprints and interpreting schematicsFamiliarity with GMP practices and preventive maintenance protocolsExperience with single and three-phase equipment (up to 480V)Able to use electrical testing tools (volt meter, amp meter, ohm meter)PLC troubleshooting experienceAdditional Skills & QualificationsWelding experience is preferred.Ability to understand PLCs, including hooking up a laptop to different brands of PLCs.Experience with Bosch vertical bagger equipment is advantageous.Why Work Here?

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
