The Industrial Maintenance Technician I is a pivotal role responsible for maintaining high-performance standards in a large-scale manufacturing environment. This position demands a proactive and positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a commitment to continuous improvement. **Responsibilities** + Perform both scheduled and emergency repairs on injection molding equipment and auxiliary systems, ensuring high-quality workmanship. + Complete routine preventive maintenance tasks and accurately document all work in the designated Maintenance/Repair Software. + Take ownership of maintenance-related projects, effectively managing and prioritizing tasks. + Work overtime as needed, including evenings and weekends, to ensure timely completion of assignments. + Support inventory control efforts by organizing and maintaining spare parts and supplies, ensuring storage areas meet 5-S standards. + Perform daily preventive maintenance duties within the Maintenance department. **Essential Skills** + 2–5 years of hands-on maintenance experience with injection molding machines in a fast-paced, industrial manufacturing environment. + Proven ability to work with low voltage panels and electrical circuitry, troubleshooting and identifying faulty components. + Strong knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic equipment systems. + Skilled in troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing forklifts and aerial lifts. + Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly and team-lift items up to 150 lbs. as needed. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with electrical, mechanical, hydraulics, pneumatics, HVAC, and machinery maintenance. + Expertise in injection mold maintenance and facilities maintenance. + Proficiency in preventive maintenance, schematic reading, blueprint interpretation, and PLC troubleshooting. **Why Work Here?** Be part of a company that values collaboration, creativity, and high-quality products.
