**Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing **daily work tasks, maintenance routines, repairs, and calibrations** to prolong the useful life and optimize the efficiency of production equipment. In this role, you will **oversee maintenance and repairs, equipment calibration** , and **robotic troubleshooting** while ensuring proficiency in electrical and mechanical preventive maintenance of presses for **plastic injection.** **Responsibilities** + Conduct **maintenance and repairs** on production equipment. + Perform equipment calibration and robotic troubleshooting. + Execute **electrical and mechanical preventive maintenance** of presses for **plastic injection.** + Troubleshoot **pneumatic systems** and **injection presses.** **Essential Skills** + Experience with injection molding. + Background in robot troubleshooting ( **Yaskawa, Yushin, Whiteland** ). + Understanding of **Allen Bradley PLCs and HMIs.** + Ability to troubleshoot electrical systems up to **480v.** + Proficiency in pneumatic troubleshooting. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in blow molding. + Mechanical expertise. + Knowledge of molding machines. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $66560.00 - $88000.00/yr.
